Install and use Divvun with Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac

1. Uninstall old versions of Divvun
2. Install Divvun for Microsoft Office 2008 on:
   • MacOSX 10.7 and 10.8
   • MacOSX 10.6
   • MacOSX 10.5
3. Enable the Sami keyboard in:
   • MacOSX 10.6-10.8
   • MacOSX 10.5
4. Using Divvun with Microsoft Office 2008
